The MyCE (My Catholic Education) Mobile App is the primary communication platform for Newman Catholic College, providing parents and caregivers with convenient, secure and instant access to important College information.

As of 1 July 2026, the Parent Portal has been retired, with the MyCE Mobile App now the central hub for accessing student information, receiving College communications and staying connected with College life.

Designed to make communication simpler and more accessible, the MyCE  App allows parents and caregivers to stay informed and engaged wherever they are. The MyCE  App provides the following features:

  Lodge student absences quickly and easily from your mobile device.
• News and Notifications
  Receive important College updates, announcements and reminders directly to your phone.
• Newsletters and Targeted Communications
  Access College newsletters and information relevant to your child and year level.
• Digital Permission Slips
  View, complete and submit permission forms electronically, reducing paperwork and ensuring timely responses.
• Academic Reports
  Access your child's academic reports and monitor their progress throughout the year.
• School Contact Directory
  Find contact details for College staff and key departments when you need them.
• Events Calendar
  Keep up to date with excursions, sporting events, parent information sessions, College celebrations and other important dates.
• Secure Access
  The MyCE Mobile App uses enterprise-level security measures to protect student and family information.

We encourage all parents and caregivers to download or update the MyCE Mobile App and ensure notifications are enabled. MyCE is the easiest and most effective way to stay connected with Newman Catholic College and receive important information and updates from the College.
